About 10 years ago, when we were developing a small hydrogen generator at the university, we frequently encountered malfunctions of commercial DC power supplies due to overcurrent at the time of power-on. Therefore, we conducted experiments and development in collaboration with TDK-Lambda, resulting in the dedicated power supply shown in the photo, which was developed specifically for cell 1).
